What I'm up to
Currently based out of Asheville, North Carolina I am working to educate young women about their body's cycles and cues so they can grow to be wise and powerful women. On Tuesday afternoons"well women" discussion group where I guide a conversation about what it means to be well so that women can connect with and learn from each other.

When I am not working I am cooking, painting and dipping my toes in creeks and admiring nature.

Working with food and prioritizing the needs of the clients at my cafe activated my passion for health and wellness and inspired me to build my business as a certified health coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I also continued to develop my creativity through my collaboration with Mercado Global, a not for profit fashion company that empowers latin women and local artesans .
Growing my kombucha business provided me with experience in every part of business including marketing, accounting, distribution, client relations and my favorite, branding. Through my branding process I designed my own logo and unlocked a love for digital art. As the kombucha business grew I was able to transition the business into a cafe where clients could come and enjoy komucha as well as delicious plant based meals in our beautiful lake-side location.
Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, I moved to be near my grandparents who own a holistic retreat center in Lake Atitlan, Guatemala, an incredibly beautiful hub for spiritual retreats and digital nomads. At Lake Atitlan I used my sustainability and community skills to participate in and manage several charity programs including a food and supplies donation project for local widows and "water for life" a water filtration education program for local residents. I also used my free time to create a large body of art and begin a kombucha company which sold to 8 local stores and restaurants.
